The Journey of BuildPrompt

Our quest to create BuildPrompt began with a personal pain point: sorting through a sea of information on construction projects and business operations in order to find critical facts. This time-consuming process, I realized, was not unique to my experiences, but was found in practically every business. We had a global inefficiency in how we maintained and navigated our data. As a result, in the middle of 2022, we began working with university, developer, and industry partners to figure out how to fix this challenge. We began to investigate novel solutions together, motivated by the conviction that there had to be a better, more efficient method to manage our data. As a result, BuildPrompt was born.

After about a year, BuildPrompt is complete. Upload documents into sources using our safe cloud storage (CloudAPI coming soon), and the BuildPrompt model is trained on your data before providing you with fast access to ask any query in any context and get the exact answer. Once trained, BuildPrompt can read over 5000 pages in seconds, giving you instant access to your knowledge base. 

BuildPrompt: Special Features

BuildPrompt’s automatic translation, error correction, and topic suggestion tools will make communication easier for you and your team. BuildPrompt understands the nuances of your organisation, country, and industry, allowing for a clear communication framework that promotes accessibility. BuildPrompt supports over 50 languages, which means that if you create a question (prompt) in “Spanish” and the document is in English, your response will also be in “Spanish.”

Another important factor was safety. In today’s digital age, data privacy is more important than ever. BuildPrompt is configured to encrypt documents at rest before transforming them into high-definition vectors accessible only to your account and any accounts you have authorised access to. 

One of BuildPrompt’s most impressive capabilities is its ability to analyse and assess the questions your team is asking. BuildPrompt helps you to discover areas of interest, uncover patterns, and identify knowledge gaps that may require additional training by keeping a watch on the prompts and responses being asked within your firm.
